Unless you have a hood scoop, you should go with the cold air intake. Ram air is good when air is being taken in from a hood scoop, and is especially effective at high speeds when cold aid is rushing by. Now, if you are using the stock hood which lacks a hood scoop, a ram air would do little if anything at all as it would barely increase air flow since it would be sucking up hot air (less dense which means less air molecules). You have to understand that the air it would be sucking would be from the engine, and the engine is incredibly hot. Your best bet would be a cold air intake. Use a down pipe and all that stuff, the lower the better. good luck
