I sold my 86' accord 2 years ago with 277,000 miles on it for $2500. You always take a chance with buying an older used car but it could quite possibly be a good car for you. Have a mechanic peek at it, usually the timing belts are the main maintenance concern in Hondas, I forget how often but you might want to ask the seller about that one.
