you are definetly out a tooth or two.That model has 2 belts,a timing belt & a balance shaft bel,both belt are out of time,romove upper & lower timing covers,at the rear of engine there is an allen head bolt,remove that and insert a srewdriver or punch,lock the rear balance shaft,there is a mark on the face of the gear this aligns with raise mark at approx 5 oclock,but once locked cannot move,the front balance shaft has a small notch cur out of the shaft approx 1/2 inche behind the gear,this lines up at 12 oclock,a raised mark on facce of block,the keyway on the crank shaft lines up at 12 oclock there is a line in the face of the gear that will correspond with an arrow on the face of the block,the camshaft is marked"up"this mark at 12 oclock,on the face of the gear there are two lines these align with the deck of the cyl head between r cover,you shuld be in time now,good luck!,dont forget the front balance shaft seal & reatiner,cam shaft seal and crank shaft seal(from your local dealer)this should laso fix your vibration
