the problem most likly is bad motor mountsafter a while the mounts that hold the engine in place crack or break since they are made out of rubberso when your running fast the motor creates high torque and makes the vehicle shake a littledouble check to make sure its not just mud or something stuck to the rimalso check your tires for bumps
