Depends on what the noise is. There are two possibilities off the top of my head. The first is that its just low on fluid and the steering is groaning when you turn under a load. Just because its electric doesn't mean that it doesn't have a power steering pump. Check the power steering reservoir level. If the system is low on fluid then add Honda power steering fluid. If there is air in the system you can bleed it out by starting the car and turning the steering wheel full left and holding it there for 5 seconds then turning the wheel full right and holding it there for 5 seconds then do it 3 more times.if the noise is a buzzing noise, the power steering pump may be damaged and will need to be replaced.if there is low fluid, you want to have the car checked for leaks at the steering unit or pump.if you have a clunking noise when turning then the bolts that hold the steering rack to the engine wall are loose and need to be tightened.hope that helps
