At 90,000 the car was due for the timing belt replacement; most dealers also replace the accessory drive belts (alternator belt, power steering belt and air conditioning drive belts) as well as the water pump. That usually runs about $400 at a Honda dealershipthe other items at that mileage are the major service items--spark plugs, valve adjustment and filters etc. The major service is typically about $300 at honda dealers.at 100,000 miles the car is just a baby in Honda terms. That car should last 300,000 miles provided it is maintained.
