Real lowering springs will give you a much better ride. The only advantage to coilovers is that you can raise the car if you need to drive it inthe winter. I changed from coilovers to Neuspeed race springs for my delsol and they were much better. They were not so jumpy, but handled way better too. I would highly reccomend Neuspeed for any Honda. The race springs gave me about a 2.5 - 3 in drop. They also make a sport spring that is about 1.5 or 2 in that mught be better for your accord. If you still have stock struts on your car you will need to replace those as well or you will have a real bouncy ride. KYB are the best strut for the money. YOu can find them for about $50 a strut. If you get stiffer springs like the race springs you may want to get Tokico Illumina adjustable struts. They are a lot more money, but worth it if you have the cash to spend. When I took the coilovers off my car I got these to go with the racfe springs and a full camber kit and now my car handles better than anything I have ever ridden in. Just keep in mind that this is a very stiff setup so it is real rough over bumps. The KYB and sport springs would be fine for a daily driver.
