the 1995 honda accord never came with a 1.6, so if that's what's in it, it was an aftermarket swap. The ratings for the 1995 were 25 mpg city and 31 mpg highway. However, if it is a 1.6, it will probably get better gas mileage than that. My mazda 323 that has a 1.6 gets around 27 mpg city and up to 35 mpg highway. Hope this helps .
