try running a compression check on it and make sure it has no valve problems ,i had one a while back that was doing this ,it turned out to have a burnt valve in it,strange for a Honda,but after i did a valve job on it ,it ran like a new one,that would be a good staring point on it,and go from there with it,good luck.
