hydrolock is a possible situation that can occur... but not likely unless you want to drive through a 1 foot deep pothole thats 6 feet long. ...I say save your money for something better.. why spend 50-100 bucks for 3 -5 hp? especially on a sohc motor.... unless you want a little bit of power... but if you do decide to go with the intake... i recommend a carb legal intake....(injen, AEM, etc)... because if your in california... it'll save you some hassle with cops.... i wouldn't recommend some ebay special intake or anything ebay special item....
