It actuall depends on your transmission bell housing mount. You just have to make sure that Honda didn't change any specs on the engines before you do the swap...or if you can get to the mount, take a piece of cardboard and create a stencil (like a mock-up gasket) of the mounting surface. Then take it to the mating piece, and see if it will work.Wiring isn't too terribly bad. VTEC is just a camshaft feature they put on the engines, so that may be the only fun you have wiring camshaft sensors...
