More fuel won't get you more horse power and unless your going to go turbo, supercharger or Nitrous (NOS is a brand) you shouldn't have to upgrade your fuel system really you the more power you make you will start to max out what the fuel system can handle but you'll need to make more then just another 10-30 HP to start getting there.. The Jetchip won't make a lot of power or changes with what you have it will make a bigger difference if you put cams in though or other major HP parts. Don't forget to do the suspension too for good handling to go with the power.
