Are you sure it is not getting fuel? How do you know it is not getting fuel?If no fuel...This is a very common problem and unfortunatly everyone ALWAYS thinks it a fuel filter or pump. More then likely it is a Main Relay. The Main Relay is the "switch" that turns on the fuel pump to be able to start the car. It is a little strange that this is happening during the colder months this is a more common problem during the Hotter months, BUT if it was semi acting up during the summer it is quite possible that it has just fully gone out.If no spark (you can check this by pulling a spark plug wire off of the Dist. Cap while someone tries to start the car if you see a spark then it has spark if not then... no spark) Then you would need to look at a coil or igniter.
