I purchased a 5th gen hb honda civic with a swapped b16a2 from a 99 si. the stock rev limiter hits t 6500 sometimes at 7200 others. but far from the 8200 its supposed to. but the revlimit hits pretty consistantly at 30 mph 60 mph and 90 mph. its my tach off or do i need engine work.
