90's civic engine sizes :honda produced 1.5l shoc 1.5l sohc vtec 1.6l shoc 1.6l dohc 1.6l vtec 1.6l dohc vtec 1.7l dohc vtec 1.8l dohc vtec and the ever famous zc . this has to be one of the most informtal sites i've ever found when it comes to civic information www.eg-tech.net only in the usa honda was not allowed to release the si-r and the si-r2 due to the power to weight ratio u.s. deems that a car that weighs 2000 lbs should not have 160hp-190hp but if you do it its a direct swap and you can get them certifed for that motor going throw the process all and all honda honda produced 9 different civic motors in the 90's including usdm , edm , and the best power motors JDM. the site i mentotioned list all the info any one person could ever want to know about civics90's style what'z up now , you have been schooled put your hand down
