Many times the ECU stores error codes in memory. So even though you have made the correction to the O2 Sensor the ECU still reflects the error. What you will have to do is reset the ECU. This can be done by removing the appropriate fuse from your fuse box. Leave it out for 30 seconds then you can reinstall it.
