It's pretty much a plug and play application. Remove the stock air box and tubing. Fit on the new intake tube, tighten it up. Next, you'll take a vaccum hose and attach it from the valve cover to the intake. Again, tighten that down. Lastly, tighten up your air filter and away you go.BTW, you'll love the sound of the intake when you the VTEC switchover point while driving.
