We recently purchased a Honda Civic Hybrid 2003 automatic 4dr sedan. This is our first experience with a hybrid vehicle. We were told that the battery replacement is anywhere from $1,000-$5,000. Is this true? Also, how long is it supposed to last from brand new? We were told 15 years. Thank you
