depends on what kinda shape its in who owned it and how they took care of it , now days cars will last you forever if properly maintained, just check it over or take it to a mechanic before you ever sign anything. I recently bought an 02 sebring for my wife, awesome car, looked great no problems, but a month later the engine locked up from a failed bearing, thank god for warranties
