Interesting question, this will all depend what purpose or goal you are trying to acheive. If performance is the goal, I can help. For starters, you haven't done much to improve power performance of your car so spending money on "tuning" is a bit of a waste of money at this point. You've improved the flow with headers, exhaust, CAI and did some work on suspension. What you need to do are the following:Air flow:- throttle body, intake manifold (relatively cheap and keeps the air flowing)- if all out performance is your thing, then Individual Throttle body would be in order, but its expensive and kills your gas mileageSuspension:- you'll need larger rear sway bar to keep the back end down during tight corners (23mm or 24mm), you'll also need a rear frame brace.- You'll need lighter wheels, the 18" is too heavy and is rubbing you of torque ... your current acceleration is probably a lot slower than stock due to the wheels being too big and heavy. Try some 0-60 runs with your stock rims and the 18" rims ... you'll be amazed at how much slower the 18" rims makes your car. If you go to your local race track and look at the guys running the honda's and acura's they always run with 15" or 16" rims for this reason.- 16" or very very light weight 17" racing wheels is what you need ... try to stay below 15lbs per wheel ... this is very important as this is unsprung weight.- get dot rated race tires ... this alone will improve handling more than anything else- switch your bushings to urethane bushings, this will help with handling responseBrakes:- you can go with a bigger brake kit, try not to go too crazy with this, a little larger diameter rotor using the same caliper is enough. A really big caliper also weighs a ton and you'll need 17" rims to clear the calipers.- change to stainless steel brake lines- you can get some flexible piping from your hardware store and channel some air to flow directly to your brakes and calipers, this will help with coolingEngine:- port & polish the head- mild cams- cam gears- valves- pistons/rings/rods- tuningDoing all this will give you decent power without force induction. If you want, then you could consider a supercharger or turbo; but I personally wouldn't do that.Good luck
