NA and header intake exhaust wont due much, the Type R had the best following head in all the B-serious land alongs with B16 and B16B different cams etc. You want to go NA look into B20 bottom end with a lightly port B16A2/3 head, cams, ITBS. 12:1 compersiion should be make 240-260WHP.
