I would still be a little wary about buying that TL. Even though the tranny has been changed, it may still be a rebuilt one, which does NOT guarantee that it won't go bad. Another method they used to remedy the problem was to install what is called a "jet kit" which provides more oil to the tranny I believe. That still sounds like a temporary solution to me. Also, I believe they were given 100,000 mile warranty on those trannies from Honda/Acura along with the replacement of the tranny. If that car has 95k, you only have about 5k miles under warranty. Once the warranty expires and that tranny dies, you're going to have to shell out at least 2 grand to replace it. Lastly, if you're going to replace it, I'd only go with an aftermarket like Dr. Evil transmission. Honda/Acura transmissions suck, which is totally unacceptable.By the way, new Toyota V6's like the '07 Camry V6 and Lexus ES350 are also having tranny issues. Something to watch out for and it's not just Honda/Acura.
