great answer, but also do not rule out the fuses, they are commonly over looked and on average with hondas there are 2 seperate fuses in the blower fan circuit see your manual for their details/location, if the fuses, motor, switch and relay all check out, then back trace the wiring, if you're not good with cars.... then please do not try. it is the fastest way to make more work for someone else
