I own a 2005 TL with 6 speed transmission. Like all Honda/Acuras very reliable. The horsepower and handling are excellent. The standard features are incredible for a car for the price; ABS, ESC, moonroof, ELS DVD-A Audio system, leather seats, heated seats, great interior and very good exterior. Very roomy for 5 people and a large trunk. The have excellent resale value and a best buy by many car magazines and reviewers. Very good gas mileage for a V6, I average between 21 and 30 MPG.The only downfall is rattles, I have had 3 of them and only 1 was solved by the dealer.
