Take it back to the dealer, it should still be covered under the warranty. It sounds like a bad ballast (inverter). It's about $340 plus shipping plus about $100 or more for labor. You can check it by switching the ballasts and see if the problem switches to the other light. but they are hard to get to, You'll have to take the bumper off and take the headlight out. Look into the opening under the head light and look up. It has a sticker on it "high voltage".#13. They call it an Inverter.
