Wow you do realize that Lexus is made by Toyota and of course your Accord is a Honda? If you really like the Lexus taillights I would suggest buying a Lexus. If you must make your car the laughing stock of the neighborhood, take it to a body shop so they can make major modifications to your Accord to make Lexus taillights fit on it.
