Your clear coat is dying or what they call "delamination". There is no fix for this but to repaint it. Your hatch, roof and hood will be the main areas to be effected due to the sun's heat beating on these panels. The sides near the windows can start to do it as well.Best advice. Wax, wax, wax, wax and wax it some more. All the panels that do not have the white spots. Then have the panels w/ white spots repainted.
