1st check whether is there any leaks on ur master cylinder pump, pipings n brake hose. There might b internal leaking inside ur master pump. U may consider replacing ur rubber brake hoses w/ steel braided type coz ur brake hoses which is made of rubber might have expanded due to wear n tear over time.
