That is a performance vehicle and so the whole system is set for performance rather than economy. Similarly it is too easy to drive it with a zing, but that kills the mpg.Maintenance as mentioned is key, synthetic lubricants in the engine as well as in the drive line will help some as will the air filter change, tire pressure adjustment to spec etc.But feathering the gas pedal (slow and steady acceleration when possible), combined with anticipation and coasting rather than stop start stop type driving will help a great deal.Speed robs you of gas mileage as well. stay within the limits and you will see the mpg go up. Not going 10 over will improve your mpg by a hefty 5 to 10 percent.
