The problem you are going to have is the size of the engine. It is a 3.2 liter engine and it will be to big for the Integra. As of the drivetrain concerns, with some modifications you can make it work since the NSX is an MR (mid engined and rear drive car). This means that it works like a fwd drive car, it hooks up like fwd cars do. I have an MR2 and it uses Toyota FWD engines in it. And the NSX basically has the 3.2L engine from the Acura TL, the difference is that the NSX engine is DOHC and produces more power while the TL engine is SOHC. So in theory it will work, but a lot of work is needed.
