I have an older Integra and have had many dealings with the headlights. There are 2 possible things I can think of:1) There is dirt on the bulb. When replacing a halogen bulb, do your best to avoid touching the glass part of the bulb. The bulb will get hot enough that if oil from you hands gets on it, it will cause it to break. Handle it only by the plastic socket.2) There is water in your headlight assembly. Probably not the case for you, unless you've been in a front end collision.The brigher lights should be ok.Good luck
