uh, yes it does. Some of the harness are designed for only 55watts stock bulbs. It goes up to 65 watts at max. If you force a 100 watts or 85 watts bulbs to it, it will burn up the wire harness or the bulb. If you wants a brighter light, go with HID or buy a aftermarket harness.
