It will and it is becoming the motor of choice for swaps. The main difference between the K20 and the B18 is that the K20 has the intake in the front and the B18 has the intake in the back. Motor mounts will be an issue but if your serious about this swap then take it to a qualified shop and let them deal with the headaches.
