Your struts will be blown in a couple of hundred miles. Im guessing you will be lowering your car between 1.8 and 2.2 inches. My car was lowered like this when i bought it and every time i hit a bump (a small one) my cd player skipped. It sucked. If you are going to spend the money to buy skunk2 springs just buy struts at the same time. You'll be in there anyway. Look on ebay for KYB AGX they have adjustable dampering and not outrageously priced. Don't forget about camber kit too or all that lowering will throw the camber off so bad you'll be buying tires every 8000 miles. Lowering your car is more expensive than just buying springs, much more expensive if done correctly. If you just want a lowered car now but don't have the money to do it correctly then look on ebay for the cheapest set of lowering springs (not cheap coilovers what ever you do don't buy cheap coilovers) you can find and buy them and use them with the stock struts. The ride will be crappy and you'll go through tires quickly but it will still handle good and have the nice lowered look. I would not plan on doing this for very long though. You should be able to find a set for about $40 shipped. They'll last about 7000 miles before they start squatting badly. With all that said i would still recommend just saving your money and buying skunk 2 springs and camber kits (front and rear) and KYB AGX struts.
