I know on a lot of non-turbo cars you need to get a new cpu to control the flow of gas. If you don't the engine will pump extra gas into it because so much air is being forced in by the turbo. A friend of mine put a biggert turbo into his car and his engine floods all the time because of it and he spent a lot to fix it so just be careful putting the turbo in. Make the person, or yourself, knows what they are doing.
