I own a shop, and can say this; how bad would your brakes be if they had been grinding for two months? Now you will have to do work to the flywheel such as having it resurfaced if it can be, plus a new clutch kit, and shims to get it back to the correct place on the crankshaft. When you have a flywheel resurfaced, you must shim it back out the same amount that was taken off it, or your clutch wont have the correct adjustment on it. Its about an extra 60-75 dollars to have the flywheel resurfaced, plus a few bucks for the shims. The clutch kit for your vehicle is pretty expensive. As far as how bad is it? I have to say its as bad as they get.Glad to help out, Good Luck!!!
