A very powerful impact wrench (1000 ft-lbs) might do it. Using extensions will reduce the amount of torque on an impact wrench. (The twisting flex negates the effect of the impact.) If you don't have a huge impact wrench, then this method may work: Use a good breaker bar at least 1/2" drive, with a long extension so you can turn it outside the wheel well. If it's a manual transmission, you can try putting it in gear and holding the brakes, but the clutch will slip. Yes, it takes that much torque. You'll need to have a friend use a hefty screwdriver or something to hold the flywheel. If you have a 5 foot pipe to put over the breaker bar, great. Be sure to support the breaker bar with some bricks so you can torque it.
