its its like how you program it on a 06 TL. all you do is put the car on, ON, but dont start it. press and hold the two outer buttons, then it will blink. When it dose press the button you wnat to program and hold it, at the same time press your garage remote button you wnat to sync with the home like and it will blink faster and faster till it goes solid then it should be synced
