They'll want you to change your timing belt, all your hoses, and usually fluid change, if you're lucky that will be it. The Honda dealer by you is probably best for that car, but hey, If it ain't broke-don't fix it right? The timing belt is critical to the rest of your engine's potential lifespan though. Good Luck, If you have mechanical experience, you can flush your anti-freeze and inspect the hoses.
