A B16 head. You'll get your Vtec, more power than a GSR. It's pretty much a baby type-r. If you don't know, the itr is a B18C block with a B16A head. So you'd have a B18B block with the B16 head, I know with a JDM motor it should put you around 190 hp, probably around 180 hp USDM. If you can, put a B16B (ctr) head on it, I haven't seen it done, but should give you alot better power.
