There used to be 13 GM subsidiaries which Serving Jesus listed....plus Oldsmobile, which is no longer.GM does have "strategic" alliances (parts sharing) with Toyota, Subaru and Suzuki. They also used to own a percentage of Ferrari, but I'm not sure if that is still the case.But to answer your direct question, No Honda has no part of GM.
