Yea, like the above person stated, sometimes they go bad. If the battery is a cheaply made one or if it's really old. I suggest taking it to your local auto parts store and checking it out. If it truly dead, they can try to charge it for you, to see if it is still possible to charge. If not, just purchase a new one. I recommend one with a long warranty, that's what I have.
