Check timing belt and balancer belt tension. Might be too tight.

How did you remove it? You may have bent it.

Is it fully seated? It can wobble if it's not on all the way.

Did it come off on you after installation?

Check the belt tension. Too tight and the belt will snap and so will your
wallet.
