Any help with the following would be appreciated.

97 accord, 97K miles.

Hose clamp broke. Dealer charged $125 to fix it, citing
inaccessibility and labor for pressure testing and diagnosis.

Dealer recommended replacing all hoses due to age of vehicle for
around $800.

This dealer has been fair in the past, but that seemed like a lot of
money for a hose clamp. I haven't approved the replacement of all
hoses.

Should I?
