No, the tone was condecending and insulting as was the content. I got
the nav system not only for that, but for the other sound system
options that it came with and to add resale to the car. I asked a
simple question and was responded to with "spend another $500",
instead of either suggestions on how to alleviate the problem or that
there was no solution.

In short, a usenet troll that likes to be insulting and start
arguments.
