My '92 Honda Civic HB has been having trouble starting in hot weather. I
have replaced the cap & roter, coil, spark plugs, radiator, and now the
water pump (which was leaking) and the timing belt. Now, it's not
starting; not getting a spark. She just won't turn over........no matter
what the weather.
Anyone got any ideas? Vaccum leak? Fuel line issue?
