Your Owner's Manuals give the locations and change procedures for both
cars.

If you have mislaid your Owner's Manuals, you may obtain new ones from
Honda, here:

You do not need to login to get the Manuals.

For the '05 Accord Hybrid, see pages 203-204.

It appears the Hybrid must be jacked up to access the filter.
