Make sure to have a 17 mm deep socket at hand for the motor mount, and a
good manual. It sounds like you've got the skills you need. There are
some posts you can search at odyclub.com, but little depth. Exploded
views at www.slhondaparts.com are helpful too, and of course you need
the tool for holding the crankshaft pulley mentioned here
http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/crankbolthextool.html unless you have
good air tools.

Sorry I don't know about the seals, only done the TB and pump a few
times.
