Here's my deal, we did a overhaul on the engine, new rings, valve
seals, head gasket, timing belt, balance shaft belt, water pump. The
car started, ran strong, then after sitting for a week in a garage, no
spark, no love at all, couldn't start the car. It has 223,000 miles on
it. As far as everyone telling me the car was untouched for that week.

Problem:
-- Check Engine Light code 15 (ignition output signal)
-- No Spark, engine does not turn over.

Replaced the following:
-- distributor
-- rotor
-- ignition coil
-- distributor cap
-- ecu
-- ground wire
-- battery
-- spark plugs

The code on the ECU will not reset, I checked the fuses and they all
appear fine, in side and under the hood.
Need your help... I'm at a loss. otherwise I'm going to start stripping
it down and selling the parts to whoever needs them (seeing how I have
a lot of new ones on there).
