Which Goodyear Assurance tires did you try, the Comfort, TripleTread or some
other? The reason I ask is I'm getting ready to buy the Assurance
TripleTread per recommendations posted here (and reviews from Tire Rack).
If the TT's are the ones you tried, then I'll have cause for second
thoughts. It they were the Comforts, I've read some similar things to what
you are saying avout the Comforts.
